You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about Sorcles, our companies, and our work. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a disruptive manner, or use its content to misrepresent an affiliation with Sorcles.
Website content is provided for general information and may be changed, withdrawn, or corrected at any time without notice.
A project begins only when the relevant parties accept a written proposal, statement of work, contract, or other agreement. Project scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, ownership, support, and payment terms are governed by that agreement.
Estimates and early discussions are not guarantees. Timelines may change because of feedback, dependencies, third-party services, technical discoveries, or events outside our reasonable control.
Sorcles may refuse, suspend, or cancel any project at any time if we deem it necessary, including for safety, legal, ethical, operational, reputational, non-payment, abusive conduct, scope, or feasibility concerns.
Where practical, we will provide notice and explain the next steps. Any payment, refund, handover, or outstanding-fee obligations will be handled according to the applicable written project agreement and work completed up to the effective cancellation date.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, Sorcles retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, tools, systems, processes, concepts, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is determined by the applicable project agreement and may depend on full payment.
The Sorcles name, branding, website design, copy, graphics, and other website materials may not be reproduced or used without permission, except where applicable law allows.
Our website and projects may use or link to third-party platforms, software, hosting, APIs, or content. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Sorcles is not responsible for third-party availability, changes, conduct, or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorcles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
